As in all sports I shoot, I try and capture not only the performance of the athletes at critical moments, but also the pageantry of the sport, and the feel you get when you witness these events.
Tennis has been no different for me. While Steffi Graf winning her Grand Slam in 1987 is truly a special event, capturing the effort of everyone, including the event technicians, umpires and equipment allows you to feel the event through my images.
